DESCRIPTION

The PADSTOW is our most affordable external office pod. The Padstow work pod provides a front glass panel to let light in, providing you an expansive view through the wall of glass allowing you to appreciate the outdoors while working in this customisable backyard work pod - brought to you by Workpod.

Things to know

Assembly

All our outdoor Workpods come delivered as a DIY flat-pack with detailed assembly guides, making them relatively easy to assemble with 3 people inside a weekend.

You may wish to engage a local builder or carpenter to assemble for you. See more on our setup.

Colour options

We have a range of colour and material options available for external panels, steel trim, cladding, interior panels and flooring, see the PRESCOT Large as an example . The window frames are generally available in black, white or silver.

Optional extras

We have a range of options available for you to choose from and make this Workpod your own.

  • Upgraded Interior/Exterior lighting - 12V only
  • Wood grain exterior/interior cladding
  • Upgrade from PVC laminate to SPC timber engineered wood flooring
  • Upgrade from toughened glass to double window glazing
  • Glass panel windows in various options
  • Additional electrical plugs
  • Internal walls e.g.: separate room
  • You can even customise the overall dimensions

Customisation

We are happy to work with you to customise any of our designs whether it be the size, materials, panels, or walls for glass. Please contact us with your requirements.

Exclusions

There are however a few items that we feel are best left to your own discretion, including:

  • Air-conditioning, best organised locally for the warranty
  • Solar, best organised locally for the warranty
  • Electrical hard-wiring from your house switchboard
  • Electrical switch board installation
  • 240v lighting
  • Plumbing

Payment terms

Payments may be made upfront or in three tranches with 33% deposit on invoice and 33% on build completion for shipment, and 34% on delivery to your premises.
