Returns We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can. It is the onus of the buyer when signing for receipt of goods that you have inspected the goods thoroughly for any and all damage.
Should an item be damaged in transit we will work with you to deliver the replacement piece. Refunds will not be provided as each pod is created bespoke in for each individual customer and so cannot be on sold.
Should you seek a refund for a deposit before having signed a build contract this may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but not guaranteed and may incur associated transactions fees.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email through our contact section below.
